Job Description

At Executive Outdoor Living, we have an established base of customers with irrigation systems that we care for through all seasons. We are currently looking for a technician to join our team and help install, repair, and maintain our clients’ irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Install irrigation systems for residential customers.

• Activate irrigation systems.

• Winterize irrigation systems.

• Test backflows.

• Repair existing irrigation systems.

• Work with the irrigation crew and customers to schedule work orders as needed.

• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Knowledgeable about different types of irrigation systems and plumbing.

• Knowledgeable about the general Omaha Metro area.

• Ability to work 40-55 hours Monday-Friday.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

• Experience with service and installation is required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

The demand for beautiful and curated outdoor living is continually increasing. At Executive Outdoor Living, we create beautifully tailored outdoor spaces that our clients can enjoy for years. We are currently looking for a pool construction crew member to join our team and help install vinyl & fiberglass pools that exceed our clients’ expectations every time.

Responsibilities

• Work with our pool construction crew to install new vinyl & fiberglass pools.

• Work with our pool construction crew to plumb new vinyl & fiberglass pools.

• Create & install pool equipment pads, which includes equipment such as pumps, heaters, filters, and sanitizers, as well creating automation and custom features.

• Perform necessary repair work on vinyl & fiberglass pools.

• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Experience with pool construction, plumbing, and maintenance is required, 2+ years’ experience is preferred.

• Attention to detail and precision

• Knowledgeable about the general Omaha Metro area.

• Ability to work 40-55 hours Monday-Friday.

At Executive Outdoor Living, LLC, we help customers design, build, and maintain exquisite outdoor living spaces. We are currently looking for an office admin to join our team and help support our management team. The role is a blend of data entry and other office tasks. We are very flexible on the number of hours and days worked but need someone in the office 24-40 hours per week with a set schedule. We are happy to work around school or childcare hours to accommodate!

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls, emails & texts

• Respond to customer questions

• Assist with retail store purchases when needed

• Help input & maintain daily schedules for all crews

• Help coordinate scheduled services with clients

• Help send out invoices to clients

• Help send out monthly past due statements

• Help maintain all accounts payable and receivable

• Track subcontractor certificates, insurance, & W4s

• Work in shared inboxes to coordinate responses

• Occasionally help create marketing material

• Detail-oriented, self-starter who enjoys a variety of work

• Organized and able to prioritize projects

• Ability to provide great customer service

• Previous office and data entry experience

Job Description

At Executive Outdoor Living, LLC, we help customers design, build, and maintain exquisite outdoor living spaces. We are currently looking for a maintenance project manager to join our team and help coordinate a variety of project management duties for this long-standing, locally-owned, landscape company.

Sales Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients and establish their needs, wants, and budget for their landscape maintenance needs

• Create & present estimates to clients and secure the sale

Project Management Responsibilities

• Define project goals & timeline expectations

• Plan out the project’s road map & get each individual job scheduled

• Manage daily worksite flows, coordinate labor & materials

• Track project process & adhere to project timeline

• Communicate any setbacks or roadblocks with the client & entire team to avoid further issues

• Monitor overall status of each project until completion

• Collect progress payments at pre-determined completion points

• Complete final inspections & client walkthroughs, communicate care instructions to clients, & collect final payment after completion

Crew Management Responsibilities

• Create weekly schedule for each crew & communicate tasks to the crew foreman

• Coordinate schedule changes & communicate them to management team

• Set daily & weekly goals for each crew

• Prep equipment & inventory required for daily tasks

• Resolve crew roadblocks or issues

• Participate in weekly & monthly crew meetings

• Participate in weekly staff meetings

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license

• Detail-oriented, self-starter who enjoys a variety of work settings

• Ability to coordinate several crews and jobsites simultaneously

• Ability to provide great customer service

• Organized and able to prioritize projects

• Previous hardscape, softscape, or construction experience

• Skid loader experience preferred but not required
