Job Description

At Executive Outdoor Living, we have an established base of customers with yards that we care for through all seasons. We are currently looking for landscape members to join our team and create beautiful landscapes for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with our landscape foreman and customers to install landscape projects, such as inground pools, paver patios, boulders, waterfalls, trees & plants, fire pits, and retaining walls.

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks.

• Knowledgeable about different types of landscape projects.

• Knowledgeable about the general Omaha Metro area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

• Ability to read a plan and lay out jobs based on plans.

• Must be reliable, hardworking, punctual, trustworthy, and professional.

• A positive attitude toward fellow team members and customers.

• Love working outdoors and have a professional appearance.

• Experience with equipment (laser level, skid loaders, excavators, trailers, compactor plates) is preferred, but not required.

• A valid driver’s license is preferred, but not required.

At Executive Outdoor Living, we have an established base of customers with irrigation systems that we care for through all seasons. We are currently looking for a crew member to join our team and help maintain the beautiful yards we create.

Responsibilities

• Work with the irrigation crew and customers to schedule work orders as needed.

• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks.

• Knowledgeable about different types of irrigation systems and plumbing.

• Knowledgeable about the general Omaha Metro area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

• Must be reliable, hardworking, punctual, trustworthy, and professional.

• A positive attitude toward fellow team members and customers.

• Love working outdoors and have a professional appearance.

• Experience with service and installation is preferred, but not required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Job Description

At Executive Outdoor Living, we have an established base of customers with lawns that we care for through all seasons. We are currently looking for a lawn fertilization applicator to join our team and work with our customers to keep their lawns healthy.

Responsibilities

• Work with our lawn care manager and customers to diagnose their lawns, then schedule and apply treatments as needed.

• Help customers understand how to care for their lawns and explain applied treatments.

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks.

• Knowledgeable about different types of grass.

• Knowledgeable about weeds, diseases, and pests that affect lawns.

• Knowledgeable about the general Omaha Metro area.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Have or be able to obtain an applicator’s license (O4).

• 1 year of experience in horticulture/landscaping.

• Ability to work 8-hour days

• Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

• Love working outdoors and have a professional appearance.

Mowing Foreman

Job Description

At Executive Outdoor Living, we have an established base of customers with yards that we care for through all seasons. We are currently looking for a mowing foreman to join our team and help maintain the beautiful yards we create.

Responsibilities

• Follow a weekly schedule to keep all customers’ yards maintained.

• Utilize commercial riding mowers, push mowers, hand tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks.

• Knowledgeable about different types of terrain and mowing methods.

• Knowledgeable about the general Omaha Metro area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Have 2 years of commercial mowing experience.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

• Must be reliable, hardworking, punctual, trustworthy, and professional.

• A positive attitude toward fellow team members and customers.

• Love working outdoors and have a professional appearance.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
